- The dots track your head & shoulders live.
- Slouch (hunch OR slide down) and it turns red + pings you.
- The pop-out monitor opens automatically — it floats on top so you're alerted in any app.
Heads up: the always-on-top pop-out monitor needs Chrome or Edge.
